hey guys,
ive been reading this forum for awhile now and got some great advice so i decided to join. Looks great here , and that you all have alot of knowledge.
first off im 6'1 215 ,26 years old dont know my body fat exactly but have alot of questions. ive done about 5 cycles already since i was 23, alot of test. Im currently running 600mg a week of Deletestryl ( test enth. straight from the pharmacy) DO you guys think this is enough to run solo for about 12-16 weeks with good results and of course clomid after? do you think i should bump up to 800 mg a week at some time? also im taking 300mg on tuesday and 300mg on friday, i figured i would split the load up to keep levels better?
next my diets consists of alot of chicken, meat eggs etc. i take in about 200 g of protien a day, is there any specific diet i should follow to maximize my results?? i do have a bit of a stomach , i do alot of cardio but cant get rid of it, how can i gain size without getting fat? (besides alot of cardio)

Any help is appreciated

So you take in about 200g of protein...what about everything else?

Fat loss won't happen without a clean diet. Even with a hella amount of cardio.
 
I think you should be taking in more than 200 grams of protein a day esp while your ona cycle. Im thinking around 300 grams sounds good per day. how many calories do u think your taking in a day? For being 215 I think if you take in 3500- 4000 clean calories you should be good. Without puttin on too much fat/ water.

good point. I didn't notice his weight.
 
yeah! up that protein. And concentrate more on your diet, 600mgs of test per week is plenty!

Hey I use this diet often ::.
solid food::.
1)oatmeal--steel cut---only
2)chicken salad- balsomic vinigeret(2)[60 grams of protien]300 calories [cook plain with olive oil
3)organic meat (any....)[30 grams of protien]
extra(carbs[8g protien and 120 calories)--->organic sprouted wheat bagel (no gluten in it its a nuro toxen bad bad)
Protien::.
shake's with calories around 360 and throw a banana to max it up
1-2 x's a day around 80g protien
always some nighttime blend of slow release protien of around 42g
this should be around 3500 calories::.for mass with low fat any suggestions on top of this I would even enjoy...can always get better
 
Mass= up the calories and protein like they have been saying 300grm at least.

egg & Oats
Protein shake
Tuna Rice & Broccli
Shake
Chicken Yam
Eggs
shake
Average your meals out to be b/w 40-50 grams protein per meal
when bulking add extra good fats and some extras to bump up calories
