Do you have a body measuring tape? If not, do you have a regular measuring tape and string or a shoe lace or anything?

If you don't have a body measuring tape, take your string or whatever, and Mark where it starts and ends on various parts of your body (what they ask for in the link below) and then line the string up against a normal tape measure.
