New Here! w/ LONG a Intro!

New Here! Intro/Pics

Im finally taking the plunge after months "visiting". I've joined EF and have joined as a Plat.
Just a heads up, I'm not here to ask for sources as most newbies do. I have read and understand ALL of the T.O.S.
I'm not here for a "quick fix" as I have taken THAT route before and I am not looking to do that again for a while.
Kind of a long post for my first but oh well!

I'm 23 from CT (anybody else?)
Currently 170 lbs
B.F ?? (Gettin a Gut)

Max Lifts That I Know
Squats 205x1
Deads 315x1 (Love Deads)
DB Bench 70's x 5


I started lifting in January of 05' after I had enough of being skinny and self- conscious about my self image. I had gone from an un healthy 185 to 130 in about 3 months As you could see in the pics. (Bad Break-Up, and not Eating)
Anyways, lifted well for about 4 months and made slow but steady progress, but it wasn't fast enough for me. I talked to a few kids at the gym and I got "hooked up"!(I Know, I Know, WAAAYYYY TOO EARLY). Got a 10ml bottle and did 400mgs a week for 5 weeks, but ran out. I did NO PCT but a few weeks later I was able to get my hands QV DECA and more QV TEST. DID another 5 weeks of 400mgs Test/300mgs Deca. I shot up from 150-180 in those 2 short cycles in a feww months.(Mostly bloat, now that I know)
I didn't do any PCT or take any anti e's during my cycles.
Little did I know, my BP was sky rocketing and so was my cholesterol.Also my joints couldnt handle the weight I was lifting. Tore something in both of my forearms in Sept of 05 and still hasnt healed 100%. Fucked up myself up pretty bad and ended up in the hospital with some heart flutter thing a few weeks later. (I'm ok now, with no damage to my heart)
Anyways, I stopped lifting in december of 05 and just kinda hung out reading posts here on EF.
Anyways I am going to start a journal soon. I am going to be trying the Ripptoes 3x5 program (all natural of course)
Any pointers or any info I will gladly take along with all the criticism.
Here are some general pics of me not flexed but it will give you a good general idea as to where I was(skinny), when I was on(BLOATED AS FUCK), and this past August(Starting to get a gut)

Get your training and nutrition dialed. You'll make great progress with that alone.
