I have been reading for a long time, and I was thinking about doing a cycle.

I was thinking about using this:

Weeks1-8: Primo @ 50mg every 3 days.

With clen 2on, 2off, and some ephedring on the off weeks ~~ to minimize fat gain.


Is it realist to add 5-6 pounds of muscle with this cycle.

I am at 128 pds at about 17% bf.

My diet cosists of about 150 grams of protien 200 carbs, and 50 grams of fat a day.

Also, I don't really know what to use post cycle, or when to start it. Can someone help me out there?
 
How's diet? What is your training like? "about 17% bf"??? How was it tested?

50mg E3D is quite a bit, especially for a first cycle. Primo is HIGHLY faked. At those doseages, if you DON'T have REAL Primo, you'll be for a world of hurt (and sides!). Better off starting LOW and slowly working up. I would do 50mg/week for first 2-3 weeks, then bump up to 75mg/week for next 2-3 weeks, then maybe 100mg/week. More is not always better, more just brings on more chance for sides and not necessarily more benefits.

Muscle gain as well as fat loss is ALL diet dependant. 200g carbs is too much, IMO. But I also don't know what your diet consists of. Even 50g fat seems like quite a bit....but I don't know your fat sources. You will get NOWHERE NEAR your goal unless your diet is CLEAN and STRICT. AAS will NOT make up for a so-so diet or lazy training.

More info will help..... SPECIFIC DIET as well as TRAINING HISTORY, CURRENT TRAINING (exercises AND how long you've been training).
