New guy

hey dude 18 years old eat right and work your ass off at that age bro! you think about doing anything in the future?
 
I dont wanna bore the hell outa you guys with my life story, but I started plain football about 4 years ago. I was 5'6 160 lbs. freshamn. When I started my sophmore season I was about 5'8 and 220 lbs. I busted balls in the off season but most of my whieght was fat, I did get a starting postion though. I continued to get bigger and kept working out 5-6 days a week. I was 250 my junoir year. Made captain a few awards here and there. At the end of my junoir year i was just tired of being a fatass so I decided to change. I lost about 70 lbs. in 6-7 months. I'm cueently about 185 lbs. 8% body fat. I've been down around 168 wiht 6% but its to hard for me to put any muscle on at that whieght. But thats where i stand right, as for the future I wanna be as big as possible. Everything I have ever done has been "all or bust" so hopefully someday I can start competing.

I know you'll do what your gonna do but plzz take my advise wait until you expirement with gear
 
I don't understand some of what you posted...about not being able to put on weight when you are at 168lbs and 6% BF...That don't make sense to me...You were at 250 once, correct? I can't believe that you lost 82 pounds of fat. You lost a lot of muscle with that fat bro!

If you work out correctly, eat correctly, and get plenty of sleep, you can put 50 lbs of that "weight" that you lost back on...But when it comes to BBing...it's not "weight" it is either Muscle or fat...You can add lean body mass (LBM) with or without AAS. You have already shown that you had more muscle than you do now...Just put it back on and leave the fat behind!

Going from 250 to 168 is not good.......and yes alot of that was muscle mass, probably about 60-70% of it had to be LBM.

In order to gain mass you're gonna have some BF, that's a given.......you won't be at 6% BF the whole damn year.....

great to here that story. your a young guy with looks like a great base to really start building some good muscle. And at 18 you have a hella amount of natural test in ya to really get some lbs on ya. goodluck and well come to the EF boards.... Now we have ya! :evil:
 
I know alot of the whieght i lsot was muscle, but I dont think it was 60-70%. I had 22% bf when i was 250 lbs. and at 170 i have about 6%. I know losing that whieght cost me alot but I still feel it was for the best. Sometimes I just feel I'm not putting on enough muscle as i should be. IDK, sometimes I feel great about my workouts and other times I get real frustrated, know what i mean? anyways Its nice to meet all you guys. Thanks for the welcome!
