I'm new to body building and I would lik to know if any one has any advice on where I should start with suppments. I'm 38yo around 5'9" tall about 238lbs which means I have about 35 to 40% body fat I need help please so some help a Brother out
no I'm not 100% on that I haven't had that checked but,I'm very overweight. I would like to have a place to start. I started going to my local gym and I have my old work out. It's been about 5years sense I have been to a gym.
