new guy considering dbol

alright i currnetly possess winny, i considered taking it, i took one or 2 and stopped didnt thik it was for me, (literally took 2 pills then gave up not my style ) but iv come back to considering taking steroids, as i play football and in the off season i would like some more size and strength, and more fear instilling factor.

im 21
im 510-11
im 195-205 lbs

im not fat
im relatively muscular
im extremely mesomorhpic,
my diet was/is relatively crap

if i were to take dbol what should i do, what shoul di run with it, what should i useas a pct, and what side effects can i expect i wont run my cycle more then 4 weeks. ( i have dbol and i was considering 30 mg a day /3 pills )

what gains can i expect?

exercising schedule during the cycle?

never taken a cycle either.

At your age your natural hormone levels should be roaring high. Use those too your advantage now while your young.
All you need is proper DIET,,TRAINING,,REST for growth.
 
bad diet + dbol = bad things.... you gotta read up a lot more brother.. steroid use is serious so you have to be serious about your health.. you do not want to do a dbol only cycle.. and even if you did do you even know what pct you would use? bro please read up first for a longg time then consider it..
 
I think that's fairly big for 5'10...you shouldn't do dbol even though it's my favourite roid and I would recommend it to anyone. Your goal should be to get at 220 or something as the highest weight possible after that it just gets ridicolous for your height and you will look fat if you go higher.

I would use tren, deca, test e, or something that cuts you up instead of dbol or adrol. My buddy was 5'9 and 180 on dbol and he looked like a little ball of steel so I'm picturing your around the same.
 
Your diet training rest and/or supplementation have to be 100 percent or you will not gain.

I have recently got back into training and am suprised what strenght gains I am still getting now naturally 4 weeks after finishing my short 4week dbol/winny cycle.

My diet and training are 100%, my rest is about 70% (it will be 100% when I start my new job close to home in a few weeks).

I didnt just keep all my strength gains post cycle...I actually got stronger! Couldnt have gained half if my diet/supplements were off.

Sort this out solid and maybe wait a couple of years before you hit the juce. Most people at your age you can gain a lot natural.

Thats my reccommendation.

No matter what you eat, or how you traing, steroids will give you results, that's fact, but it will not be the results you want until you get other factors in your regiment right. I'm assuming you don't want to look like a bloated whale right. ;)

I'm going to guess that no matter what is said here, you will take the dbol. So I would suggest you do a very short, 4-6 week run, with an AI like arimidex (that's crucial) and do a full clomid/nolvadex PCT. See how you like the results and judge for yourself the sides, if they are acceptable to you. Remember, nothing in this world is magic, so side effects from steroid abuse can be serious and dangerous.
