new guy 1st cycle

hey guys, i'm new to the board and a novice lifter. I have been lifting for about a year. I'm 38 years old, 6" 185, been an athlete all my life and I just want to get big. I know a lot of people think i should wait to do a cycle, but i,ve been researching AS's alot and I'm not getting any younger. I also have alot of nagging sports injuries(rotator cuff, football knees etc) Anyway here is what i'm planning on starting next week.

sust 600 weekly, 10 weeks
deca 400 weekly, 10 weeks
d-bol 30 mg daily 4 weeks
clomid starting week 13
nolv on hand
Iwanted to run armidex throughout cycle, but my bro didnt get me any.

I also would like any advise on a detailed workout routine if any one wants to pm me. Sorry this so long for 1st post. Any advice or input would be greatly appreciated. thanx pumpinit
 
hey pump. you mentioned your rotator cuff as being a problem. i too used to have problems but i personally believe in front and side delt raises(starting with light weight) to help rehab. also work on stretching in a full range of motion. i have posted this response lots of times on this board, but i like to try and help out because i know how bad it sucks to have rotator cuff problems. sorry i don't have input on the cycle, but there are lots of smart mofo's on this board to help you out with that. also, the deca is going to help out alot with the joint pain, enjoy.
 
cycle looks solid...should treat you good...like ed said the deca will help with the joints....just make sure to do proper warm up and cuff exercises before you go heavy.....as far as training i dunno what you are looking for..a split???....mine is arms/traps.........back/rear delts.......chest/front and side delts.......legs alone.......hope this helps..good luck
