New GREAT bench exercise (note sarcasm)

Kinda Looks like a half ass bent arm pullover with EXTREMELY poor form...........done by a stick man no less :)
 
that guy must have been in my gym the other day
or maybe his cousin, because I saw someone "invent" an exercise as well.

There I was, waiting for the doofus to get out of the squat rack.
Now I thought he was doing curls but it turns out he was doing something which I would have to name Underhand grip reverse cleans, it looks alot like curls but evidently you have to bend at the waist and explosively pull the bar to your shoulders while bending backwards. I dont think I have the words to properly describe it, but it must be an awesome exercise because he made a lot of noise and when he had completed his "set" he was pretty loud and walking around with his elbows almost up to his ears. I think I'll do a couple of sets myself today:rolleyes:
 
did his elbows snap backward too?

its called the "flamingo" and all the people with double jointed elbows can do it.
 
There used to be a guy at my college gym that did reverse grip hang cleans like that. He also did ballistic seated dumbell curls. He would get the weight up with his elbow resting on his knee. Then let the weight free fall and snap back against his thigh. He would use the recoil of his near elbow dislocation to snap curl the weight up.
