New Elite Mail??

Have any of you guys been getting notices that your mailbox is full since this chenge that they made? I never got one before, but now I have gotten 2 in the last two days...What the fuck? I've been waiting for this e-mail and it has been sent twice now, and both times it got bounced. But then other e-mails have gotten through...I know this because the notice they sent me is not the newest message in the box.

Can anyone explain what the hell is going on?
