Meal 1: (when i wake up)
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 9tbsp egg whites
- 4tbsp natty pbutter
- 2 slices wheat bread
915 calories, 40g fat, 88g carbs, 45g protein

Meal 2: (post workout/before i leave for work)
- 1 cup brown rice
- 9oz chicken breast
- 2 slices wheat bread
- 1oz almonds
- 1cup mixed veggies
880.3 calories, 24.8g fat, 102g carbs, 70.8g protein

Meal 3: (at work)
- 5 eggs
- 7oz chicken breast
635 calories, 32g fat, 14g carbs, 70g protein

Meal 4: (after work)
- 9oz chicken breast
- 1/2cup brown rice
- 1cup mixed veggies
- 1oz almonds
590 calories, 21.8g fat, 43g carbs, 60.8g protein

Post workout shake:
- 3 scoops whey protein
279 calories, .9g fat, 6.9g carbs, 60g protein

3299 calories, 119.5g fat, 253.9g carbs, 306.6g protein

yall think this will allow substantial growth?

I think the diet is much better and will yield better gains then 10 protein shakes a day. If you feel you need more mass add in some beef and up carbs.

puttin on alllllllll kinddddddds of size with this new diet. it's weird i can feel the extra carbs in me. i think i am getting more 'in touch' with my body, and the way it is working.

i think i still need to eat more b/c the scale is not saying i'm gaining any weight :( i can SEE the gains though. so idk wtf is going on. i just need to eat more i guess.
