New Diet....need feedback

Drink 10oz of water first thing in the morning

BREAKFAST: 6egg whites with 1yoke.
1cup of oatmeal with almond milk. May add 1/4 cup or berries or 1/2 of a banana.

SNACK 30grms protein shake with 1 cup(8oz) of almond milk.
Baked Sweet potato or potato.

LUNCH: 6oz grilled chicken breast 2 cups (mixed veggies ,broccoli or salad)
1 sweet or plain potato.

SNACK: protein shake (30grams) with peanut butter and fruit spread triplet (3) pieces sandwich
Or
6oz grilled chic breast/turkey sandwich/ or wrap.
1 apple

DINNER: 6 ounces of Beef : sirloin/flank or beef tenderlion. (top round) or lean ground beef.
1/2 cup of string beans, 1/2 cup of rice (steamed)
1 serv of fruit.(1/4 cup Berries,watermelon )

Late night 6egg white, with steak 3oz. 1/2cup of spinach. No bread late night.

I am going to start this diet when I begin my Sustanon 250 and Tren Enanthate cycle. I am on a similar diet to this now, but am relying more on meal replacements for lunch. Let me know what you guys think about this plan.

I'm assuming this is intended to be an LBM maintenance/fat cutting diet, correct? I've seen people who think diets like this are bulkers, so need to clarify that.

Only thing I'd change is to drop the whole food protein at breakfast and replace with a quick digesting hydrolyzed whey protein drink to get your body back into positive nitrogen balance as quickly as possible. Remember that it's (presumably) been 8+ hours since your last protein intake, so you're almost certainly teetering on the edge of catabolic state when you wake up. Time to get aminos into the bloodstream ASAP.

Breakfast for me (bulking or cutting phase) is always a quick digesting protein mixed with rolled oats in a blender. Macros are protein heavy, low GI carb moderate and very low fat so as not to bog down digestion.

I like your beef for dinner since any beef, even a very lean cut, takes much longer for the GI tract to break down enough to pass into the bloodstream. That gives you a relatively big window of time to sleep before you need protein again.
 
+1 for rottens advice....First thing in morning for me every day...diet or no diet is a protien shake...
 
absolutely. For a bulking cycle I would most likely replace the almond milk with whole milk and replace the low fat protein shakes during the day for weight gainers. Also, I would add a couple more egg yokes for the two meals that contain eggs. Thanks for the feedback fellas.
