New cycle ... suggestions?

Ok, so now I'm looking at something like this. Open to all suggestions

10-12 weeks
500mg test/week 250/monday and 250/thursday
10mg nolvadex/day

PCT - start 3 weeks after end of cycle
clomid
week1 300mg/day
week2 100mg/day
week3 50mg/day


What about now?

looks good.. but id save the nolva for pct, and just spend 30 bucks on some AIFM.. its good shit.. you can run it throughout.. til... death, keeps estrogen in check

Ok, what dosages would you reccommend. And If im running nolva for pct, how would that cycle look?

I read a few articles(actually a lot), that advised taking Clenbuterol at the end of my cycle for around 6-8 weeks. This will apparently block the cortisone receptors so that I can maintain a large portion of the gains made by the test.
Any thoughts here?
I'm finding alot out by doing this research, but I find that first-hand knoweledge is much more practical, and you guys have been a ton of help with my first cycle so far!
