you won't even feel the deca in 3 weeks, for short cycles you should use short acting sters, the best things you can't use are, fina, winny, dbol, anadrol, propionate, anavar.

3 weeks of deca will have you "on" for ~6 weeks. You picked one of the worst drugs to use for a short cycle like this...But to answer your original question nolvadex can be spot used when gyno symptoms occur, or you could just use it right form the get go...
