New cycle, please help with diet

Soon i will be starting my next cycle which will be 12wks of test and primo, and winny durring the last 6 weeks. Main goal is to get HUGE and also would like to harden up my gains a bit (hence the winny)

Heres what my current bulk diet looks like
4am- muscle juice revolution (the low sugar one) comes out to about 1300 calories, 300g carbs and 74g protein

off to the gym, finish by 7am and immeadiatly have 2scoops Whey to build muscle 222cals 44g protein

off to work (a little tricky to eat correctly at work)

9am 6oz chicken breast

11am a second muscle juice shake so 1300calories, 300g cars, and 74g protein

2pm 12" steak and cheese sub from subway

4pm 6-10oz of chicken breast

5pm 1 scoop whey to build muscle

630pm home......around 10oz lean steak, 16oz 2% milk, either a cup of brown rice or a sweet potato

before i go to bed i usually have 2scoops casien protein with 16oz milk

thats how my diet is for a bulk cycle, i dont eat that much when im off cycle tho. I get my multi vitamins, fish oil, bcaa's and stuff like that every day as well.

Does this look alright? btw i have a pretty physical job as well from 8am-6pm

Finally someone besides me that gets up in the 4am hour..

A few observations: 1st and most importantly, TOO MANY SHAKES....One post w/o and one other time during the day in enough...

Subway has to go....once in while is OK, but not every day...

Increase your protein content in those meals where you're getting only 6oz...

No vegetables? Add some to the rotation...

ok the reason for the shakes is i burn alot of calories at work. last cycle i was over 4500calories a day and waasnt gaining. i added 2 weight gainers for a total of 2600cals and then i started slowly putting on weight. im a real hard gainer, even naturally i need a ton of calories to gain

Dont get addicted to the scale bro go by how you look in the mirror.. You can easily be 300lbs and be 20%bf.. And as EZ said shakes must supplement ur diet and not be ur diet.. Try to eat more at those times where you can eat.
