Hello, this is my first post on this site. I am 33 am trying to get back into shape. 6' 255 as of now. I ordered D-Bol, Clen and Novadex. I was wondering what was the best way to use these.
Do D-Bol cycle, then Nolvadex with Clen
or use D-Bol and Clen together and then Novadex
or stagger there usage
or all 3 at once.
I'd like to gain muscle and lose fat.
I know Test will be the best and if I get this supply then I can try that next.
Any suggestions? thanks alot
 
no offense, but that is a horrible plan. stick around and lean, visit the diet forum there are great bros over there willing to help. you can drop bf naturally with diet, then when you want to bulk up, add juice. throw the clen in the trash, that shit can kill you!

DO not worry bro. I know you want to jump right into using steroids and so you want us to tell you how. We all know this, but we want to get (all of you ready) and not just the cycle part... Steroids will not work all that well if you do not eat and train right.

So lets first take care of your diet and training. Just remember bro this is not something you should take lightly. Steroids change everything. Taking this step is not a little one.

I have done two cycles of Enanthate about 10 years ago with great success. I've worked out most of my life (starting with my Mr. T weight set as a little kid).
Over the last couple years I've been losing motivation in the gym. I go through spurts where I do well in the gym and diet and spurts when I don't. When I am doing well in the gym and dieting I'm seeing very little progress. It's like my body is shutting down on me. I still play rugby and would like to get in shape and back somewhere close to what i used to be.
I'm not looking for a heavy dose of anything...just something to get me going again. I thought the D-Bol at a moderate dose of 30 mcg/day along with some Clen followed by Nolvadex may be the thing to get me kick started. In theory, I know I should diet and train until I max out before using...but the motivation just isn't there. I know if I had some gear in my system I would love to be back in the gym to see what I can do along with dieting right to maximize gains an minimize the D-Bol bloat.
With these 3 substances I listed (which I hope in on the way), what would be the best way to use them?
Would the Nolvadex help cancel out any bad side effects?

are you just getting back to the gym?
if you have no motivation now then after a cycle you will loose motivation to keep training and loose everything again... you better get a consistant traaining and diet program in place first. skip the clen and do littttle more research on this stuff.

My BF is probably in the low 20% range. My diet is not that bad, but not as clean and consistant as it could be. I don't eat fries, potato chips, etc but just eat too much. I do keep protein high out of habit.
Recenty, I worked out hard for 6 months until early fall when there were family health issues. Even with working out hard with a semi-decent amount of cardio (I'm not going to lie, I only did cardio about 20 min 3 times/week) the results were minimal. I took all the supplements at the time that I could. I also played rugby on the weekends (2 halves of 40 min each).
I've been in the gym most of my life, so I know what to do...I think about it all the time...I feel guilty for not doing it...I just can't get it done at this point in my life.
If I had the gear in my system I know I would be hitting the gym and when I went off I know I would keep hitting the gym to keep what I can.
I know these are pathetic excuses...I tell myself this everyday, but it is what it is.
So, am I just a pathetic piece of fat shit or what?

My advice to you is get your diet in check, do some cardio 3 days a week and hit the gym hard with some supplements for a few months...try to get your body fat down naturally to about 14-15% and then after you've got your diet and training in check and after you've been back in the gym for a few months, you can hit aas.
I'd recommned you leave the clen out of the equation - clen is bad news and does more harm than good
I'd hit test prop and some masteron or primo and you'd be good to go!

Consider looking into OMEGA's supplements for some Amplify02 and some lipoflame for some awesome results

startn back in the gym after a long layoff is like being on gear!! you get stronger and you're muscles come back week by week:evil:
