I was going to just try winstrol and primo, but after reading some of the posts on here, there's a lot more I can do to get a lot more results!! I'm probably at about 28% bodyfat, but have a great deal of strength already. I'm 5'9, 215, and have a lot of bellyfat that no matter how much I diet, I cant get rid of. I have just a little gyn from a cycle a long time ago. The results I'm looking for is to be cut and lean, not neccessarily to gain mass. I want to cut down BF% and get lean muscle. What would be the ultimate cycle for a newbie/?
 
Bro I know you aren't going to listen to me, and I know I seem new which I am to this site, but I have a brother just like you. If you want the best advice that is gonna benefit you in the long run then here is what you need to do.
-1st and the MOST IMPORTANT: Get your diet in check!!!! W/out a good diet everything goes to waste no matter how much you use or workout, trust me on that one bro.
-2nd stay away from drugs that are going to bloat you period.
-3rd it is not going to be a quick fix for you. Since ur bf is so high, it is going to take you longer to get to the point you want to be at. My suggestion is to hit the diet hardcore and keep working out intense w/2 a day cardio and 3 months from now, you will be ready to rock w/a kickass cycle. I am not telling you not to do one, don't get me wrong, I just think you won't be impressed w/the results until you get everything else in check. They are not a wonder drug by any means, which I am sure you already know. Good luck bro and I know it can be done. My bro went from 5'8 240, to 5'8 183 in about 11 months w/ no cycle!!!!! Keep us updated and go kick ass!!!!!!
 
I have been doing cardio twice a day for the last 6 months or so, plus lifting 5 days a week. My diet is also good, I've been taking way too much hydroxycut though, and my strength has gained quite a bit, but I've only lost 5 pounds. lol I almost feel like a sumo wrestler or something, like I'm strong but just have BF that no matter how strong I get or how long I run, I just can't seem to get rid of. Now I've built up from running 15 minutes straight in the beginning, to an hour and 20 minutes straight!!!

ultimate bulking cycle though would be Test Enanthate or Cypionate based cycle with Deca and possibly dbol added. Although you could do Test/deca or Test/dbol or Test/deca/dbol or Test/VAR or Test/tbols those are good
 
Congrats on the building up of ur aerobic capactiy bro. Post up ur daily diet or as close to it as you can. I can't believe that you haven't lost more weight than that if you are doin what your saying you are. Not bein a dick, just curious bro.

Oh no, there is no such thing as being a dick on here!!! In the morning I eat a cup of oatmeal. Mid morning I eat an apple and drink a protein shake. Lunch I usually eat chicken, a piece of round steak or something to that effect and a bananna. Mid afternoon I drink a protein shake, and maybe a bananna. Supper I usually eat chicken with brown rice or brown rice mixed with tuna. That's typical of my diet!!! I seriously appreciate anything you say!!! That's why I'm here on these boards taking advice from people like you!!!
 
Honestly your diet isn't really that bad. I am not an expert on dieting but I would cut out the oatmeal first thing in the morning and replace it w/egg whites, bananna, and protein shake. You want your complex carbs though, so make sure you keep them. Stay away from sugars at all cost. Any way you can get your total %'s for the day calculated? If not, make that your mission this week. Write down everything you eat, and I mean EVERYTHING even a piece of gum. Then at the end of the week analyze what you got and figure out what approx. your daily intake %'s are. Then once you have that done, you will know for a fact what you need to work on. Your body is a science, and you just need to figure out what works for you. Everyone is different, and you will find ur niche soon my friend. Do ur homework over this next week about your diet and then by Wend. of next week you will be ready to rock those pounds off bro.....It's all a mind game, u can do it man.

DIET DIET DIET DIET! Winny and primo arent going to do a thing for you at 28%. No offense, but that is higher than most women who naturally have higher %. You need to cut down bf before touching gear. It will be a waste of money and good gear! You might build muscle, but you will still have fat and it will actually make you look bigger in a bad way. people won't see the muscle, they'll see the fat covering it.

Thanks for the input, I'll post next wednesday of everything I eat and the % of it all. I also need to get my BF%!!! I just have one of those bodies thats strong as hell but hard to cut weight!!!

How far should I cut down to??
 
You need to be below 20% for sure bro, which won't be hard for you once you get everything in check. Work hard in the gym this week, don't change anything, and post ur results next week bro. Good luck.
 
Ok, I got my BF% taken today, it was 20.5%, so guess it wasn't quite as bad as I thought. The only thing that really hurt me was my bellyfat, but other than that, the rest of my body isn't bad. I just ordered some ambuteral for that though!!!
