Sust should be shot eod day for best results, you will keep your blood levels more stable this way, I have tried twice weekly injections and eod and I liked the results off eod a lot better! I would also run the sust higher than the eq, to ensure you don't have any libido problems! Other than that you seem to know what your doing, all you need to do is decide how long to run the cycle and the individual elements and your good to go! Good luck!

Sounds good - thanks guys - so i will run the EQ for 14 weeks - now:

Should I start taking it a couple of weeks "before" the D-bol/Sus , etc?

Or do I just run it for a couple of extra weeks at the end of the cycle while starting my PCT?

I am going to start a pretty serious cycle at the end of next month and I was just looking for a couple of different takes on how I should go about it.

i would like to run the cycle a little on the longer side.

I have plenty of the following:

EQ
Sus
Dbol
Winny
HCG
Clomid
Arimidex

I was looking to start the cycle with around
EQ - 400-600/week
Sus - 250/ every 3 1/2 days
Dbol - 40mg/day to kickstart the cycle (4-5 weeks)
Winny - (last 5 weeks of cycle) 50mg/day

I haven't done this in a while - so any/all help would be appreciated - hey - maybe I'm going about this all wrong so I cold REALLY use everyone's help.

first Cycle in over 5 years - and I feel like it's my first one all over again..........

Yep, I agree. I ran my last eq cycle for just under 15 weeks and had great results.
