new: cycle and bunch of questions

I'm 20 year old male; I'm 5'11'' and weight 200...also about 14% body fat... I weightlift 6 days a week taking sunday off...I've never taken steroids only legal supplements - which i've tried about everything out there.

I'm trying to increase my size reasonably, but indoing so I want to be really defined, and harden the muscles. My shoulders are wide, and i'm rather thick now (not fat) everywhere else but not really defined.

Cycle I'm planning on doing:

Now for the questions -
-how does sustanon take to work? (I've read 3 weeks and I've read 3 hours), don't want to blow up on anabol while the sustanon is not working.
-Should i bother decreasing the amt of anabol or just stay at 30mg?
-Use d-bol or stick with anabol?
-When i take anabol do i take all the pills at once or spread out through the day?
-when should i inject the steroids? (do it in the morning, before/after work-out, at night???)
-am i to take all the injections at once as in the same day? (inject both sustanon, deca, and primobolan all on the same day or on different days of the week?)
-Should i go only 6 weeks on anabol or 8?
-should i go longer on any of the other steroids or any shorter or increase/decrease any of the dosages?
-should i inject on sunday (the day i don't weightlift) or the begginning/middle/end of the week?
-when i have to inject 400mgs of deca (200mg per amp) should i do both on the same day, or split up twice during the week? (same goes for the sustanon)
-taking this amt over 12 weeks...is this too much on the body, or should i just take all of it during 8 weeks?
-is it worth building up on any of steroids or should i just start off with taking the max i am planning on taking?
-Ok i plan on getting a box of clomid, nolvadex, and arimidex-now when should i work these into the cycle?
-should other drugs (alcohol, weed, Ecstasy, acid, etc.) be avoided while on steroids?
-does nolvadex help prevent other things besides gyno, such as testi shrinkage?
-Would u recommend anything else in this cycle or any roid in place of one i am planning on taking?
-Would u recommend Anavar is place of the Anabol (and if so, would i then reduce the amt of Nolvadex?)
-How long should i wait until another cycle? (I was thinking about 14 weeks since i was on for 14)
-when doing my next cycle should i switch everything?
-If i do the same things for my next cycle will i have to increase the dosages or will i be able to keep them the same?
-any other suggestions or comments u can add too...

what is test?
sorry not sure about this b/c i came across lot of different steroids beginning with test


anyone else with anyother suggestions?
 
Test is short for testosterone and all it's different esters.

ex:Test cyp, test enan, test suspension, etc. Some stay
active in the body longer than others.

just didn't know if there was a specific one u were talking about besides using sus....

i workout-
mon - chest/back and run 1/2 mi
tues - biceps/triceps and run 1 mi
wed - shoulders/quads/calves run 1/2 mi
thrus - chest/back and run 1 mi
fri - biceps/triceps and run 1/2 mi
sat - shoulders/hams/calves run 1 mi
sun - off

as for the amount of reps when on steroids what should they be? I do 4 different things for each body part now.... I've heard go low reps high weight when taking juice, but i've also heard low reps, medium weight when on roidz too show some serious deffinition..

ok so what should i add or get rid of b/c i know i always hear about 'I eat 8 eggs in the morning' and so on from other people...and i don't eat a breakfast not until my first break that is.... so how bout some ideas

I would recommend that you stick to a more straightforward cycle your first time around. Try a cycle like this.

testosterone (either enanthate or cypionate)
500mg per week for weeks 1-10

equipoise
400-500mg per week for weeks 1-10

dianabol
30mg per day for weeks 1-4

winstrol
50mg per day for weeks 5-10

Make sure you have your anti estrogens and your clomid on hand before you start your cycle.

As far as your diet goes I would switch to something a little more substantial. You should aim to get a minimum of 300 grams of protein per day, and a total of around 4,000 calories. Good protein sources are eggs, fish, chicken, beef, milk, and protein powder. Good carb sources are rice, pasta, potatoes, and oatmeal.
 
1)pick a dose of gear and stay on it for 8 weeks
2)dboll and anabol same thing
3)all injections can be taken at the same time or on different day its up to you
4)all injections can be taken at any time of the day
5) sust will take about 2-3 weeks to completely kick in, although the effects of test prop will be felt earlier
6)most importantly keep everything as simple as possible, dont try to go fancy with designs

here is what i would recomend: weeks 1-8
sust 500mg/week
deca 400mg/week
dboll 30mg/ed
weeks 8-12
primo 400mg/week
start using clomids upon complition
use arimidex 1/4mg for weeks 1/8

eat at least 5000cals per day
proteain at about 400g
 
not sure about taking test for 10 weeks for really switching everything

as for taking them all togethor well excpet for primo... isn't that really hard on the body?


i'm thinking about starting perhaps the deca/primo combo about week 4 so i will be on a 10 week cycle; and as i end my doses of d-bol/sus the deca/primo will be into their 4th week in which i will be getting full effects so i can keep hard with the training... Go right from the bulking to somewhat bulking/cutting
