CrossBow Platinum @ www.platinumcrossbow.com

I'm really considering investing in this. This new CrossBow Platinum is way better from the old CrossBow and it is suppose to be a lot better than the Bowflex.

I wanted people to take a look at this machine and reply with your thoughts and opinions on it.

Have you guys actually tried this machine? My friend has the bowflex, and she got tremednous results from it. Working out with these sort of machines is like using cable cross. Its not as great as free weights, but it does a great job at tonnin the upper body.

you've just given two reasons why it's a waste of money.

It is good for what it does, but if you want freaky muscle size or a rediculous strength levels then that machine won't cut it. If you are pressed for time and need a workout station at home it will probably suit your needs depending on what goals you have.

P.S. For athletes or hardcore trainers free weights are where it is at

im suprised at how many exercises this garbage has.. even squat.... but no deadlift.. therefore... i'm not sold.

edit: there is deadlift... but still trash. :D

I agree with LS.

Machines like this serve a purpose, but they will only get you to a certain point. To move past that point you will need to invest in free weights or a gym membership. :)
