Actually there is a video of that house and the guy showed his neighbors reply. The guy put a bah humbug sign out front. Dude, they did good but look through youtube. No it wouldn't be expensive as most of those are LED. LED uses a lot less electricity. Also, its easy to do this stuff...... anyone can do it. Dag man, I thought everyone knew this.
