Here it is guys im 5'11'' and 165lbs, im about to start a 10 week cycle of deca, ive been doin alot of reading on here so dont think i didnt search ahead but i have alot of questions and would like fresh answers, never really wanted to do an anabolic before, but after doing some research and finding a reliable source i decided to give it a try but am sick of hearing all the bad things that seem to change from person to person. i plan on starting with 200 and moving up slowly into my mid cycle then start to lean out again towards the end then go on a hardcore over the counter stack like muscletech(creakic, leukic, and gakic)to try and keep as much as possible, good or bad idea. after coming off of it am i really going to feel like shit and even with taking the stack after am i going to lose it all. And what are most of the side effects of deca while taking and off of it, all i really hear about is the sex drive and losing it all within 3 weeks of being off, but thats pretty much why i chose deca because i read you lose the least after coming off. Thank you
 
165lbs... 5'11" ... deca... no, you haven't been reading enough on here yet.

Eat more and add 100+lbs to your squat and deadlift, you'll be 200lbs without having to ever inject anything.

"hardcore" and "over the counter stack" should never be in the same sentence, lol.

wow bro i can feel the flames coming like a wildfire! first of all running deca alone is going to turn you into a eunuch(those guys in the bible that got their balls removed) and second of all pyramiding dosages is really retro and pointless...buy some books, do some research and those over the counter hardcore stacks are really good for cleaning the toilet!

Bro a ramping Deca only cycle is in my opinion absolute shit. I would not even think about doing it. If you wanted to do a first cycle run Test-E 250mg ew and Deca 200mg ew for 10 weeks. That would at least be decent. Better yet run Teat-E 500mg ew for 10 weeks that is an even better first cycle.
 
id go to the grocery store and do a "hardcore" "in the self checkout lane" stack.. eat man.. at almost 6'' your 165, post up some of your lifts.. if youve peaked at 165 thats very... abnormal to say the least.. what is your normal workout regime.. what do you eat.. post a diet.. thats where you should start.. before the aas comes.. you have to be able to eat to grow.. aas+shitty diet= 5-6lb gain on your first virgin cycle when you should normally gain no less than 20lbs

research PCT, obviously you havent done that.. thats how you "keep your gains"

you have alot to learn grasshopper.. i was in your shoes once, we all were..

start by posting a diet and workout routine and days you lift
 
You're sick of hearing all the bad thing about deca? Maybe you'd like only to hear the good things to help convince yourself that everyone else was wrong.

Don't do it. It's a bad idea for all of the reasons you're trying to ignore.

In a way, you're right. Coming off a Deca only cycle, you won't lose any libido, because there will be none to lose. Dude, for your own health and sanity, please read more about what you are about to do. These bros are a great resource, but only if you start with a clue. Across the board, everyone recommends a test only first cycle.
 
I agree with Genman TEST TEST TEST !!!!!!!! enough said.... Find yourself some Suspension to run with your Deca that should do the trick :) Good Luck.....

actually a full time worker, and i don mind any of the bad comments becuse i am still learning which is exactly why im asking questins and not just jumping into it. at 511 165lbs its mostly muscle mypeak so far has been 170 on fizogen on cycle before i started working out i was 150 and that was about 9 months ago, i go to the gym 2day on one day off but if or when i decided to do a cycle i would be goin every day and eat nothing but steak, grilled chicken, salad and fruit. chest max was 300 little over amonth ago normal work out is 185 to 205 keep it around 5 sets 10 reps. that on flt then i use fee weights on decline nd free weights for most of my shoulder routines and a wide range for arms, back, traps, and lats. oh yea and im 21, so what ould be a good test and deca stack.
 
21 is a bit young in my opinion.
im 21 and havent touched anything, been here for over 1.5 years just learning the tricks of the trade
 
dude get some joe weider's "Dynamic Muscle Builder" you will get HUGE.......

Good job researching. Like everyone else said....Run some test with it. Test alone at 500mg a week will do you well. If you wanna stack with deca run Test (E, C, or sus) at 250mg 2x week. Run the deca 200mg 2x week. Withdraw them both into the same syringe for a single inject 2x a week. Nice first cycle.
 
Hey bro heres the thing if this is your first cycle and you do test and deca if you get sides how are you going to know which one is doing what? So just do one at a time. I would avoid deca at first also I would just do test, and have your PCT on hand.
