New Article: How To design a Cycle...

INteresting read. I can't say that I agree with everything...nor can I disagree. There is a ton of info to process, and I saved it so I could try to pick it apart in more detail later.
I know some people will not agree with some of it, but I liked the info.
One thing that I did not know is that the body is more responsive to androgens when in a calorie deficient state. I saw the number (3) behind it, is that a reference to study literature?

Good. Well, it's available for free, so take it, save it, and hopefully use it.

(3) refers to the third study listed at the bottom...the references....

Hey say your goal is 20lbs and week 12 rolls around and you are ay say 10 lbs do you keep on going untill you achieve your goal even if the cycle goes for many more weeks after 12? How badly would this affect your recover as far as PCT?

I just bought your book can't wait to read it!
 
If you gain less than half a lb per week on steroids, then you're fucking something up in the kitchen or the weight room...it's not the steroids.

when one is running a cutting cycle, shouldn't we expect to stay roughly the same weight (maybe gaining a little) all the while losing bodyfat % and getting more vascular/leaner?

Yeah, but the guy who asked that question was asking about running a cycle and trying to gain 20lbs...so I assumed he wasn't cutting...

I don't know. Maybe it was removed for being inappropriate? I'm waiting on a mod I guess, to let me in on why it isn't there...

Last time something magically disappeared it was my avatar (my book, at the time), and it happened right about the time I was criticizing AIFM...
