New and need help with PCT

Ok, i'm new and not sure if in the right place if im not please let me know so i don't waste ur guys time. Thanks in advance. I recently took tren xtreme from max muscle stacked with HMG extreme. I didn't stack it until one week after i had already used the tren. So my cycle was like this..

Week 1- Tren, 3 pills a day at different times
Week 2- Tren and HMG 3 pills of each at different times. 1 Tren/ 1 HMG, so two at a time.
Week three- same as week two.... Currently on week three..

I got really sick of this stuff, headaches, nausea, short of breaths, paranoid, depression,a panic attack, all the good stuff. Today i decided to stop and listen to my body before something bad happens and im on my third week of tren and second week of HMG. My question is what u guys think i should take for a PCT? I was thin king Milk thistle for liver cleanser (400mg a day/two pills a day), Tribulus for natural test boost (not sure how much mg yet) and Vitamin B6 witch help with gyno, depression and so on. The reason I'm thinking these is bc i want to keep it natural as much as possible. U guys think i even need a pct since i didn't take a whole cycle or should i anyways and if so any ideas on what to take(natural products, really don't want to use any more chemicals in my body bc i know my system is jacked with chems right now). If i sound dumb, i'm sorry, im new to this stuff and thought would ask u guys who know more than me and maybe could help me out. Thanks in advance!

Anyway, I actually did that whole stack one time with no PCT. I didnt notice anything bad except I lost some gains. I did it right before going into the Military (then i got kicked out)

Anyway, It wouldnt hurt to do the milk thistle, B6 and Trib. Its not gonna hepl that much, but you only took it 2 1/2 weeks so youll be fine.

What are your stats? Age? Height? Weight? BF%? Diet? training history?
 
Thanks bro. 135 pounds, 21 going on 22 next month. 5'4. I eat a lot of chicken breast and lamb with steamed rice and in the mornings i eat a lot of vegetables and fruits. I have been working out 6 days a week for 8 months now, And 8 months ago i was a 120 pounds. The tren is really the only thing i have took so far. I try to stay with food, hard workouts, protein etc. I know like 8 months ago my body fat was at 15% and not sure what it is now, should be lower bc my body is way better fit than it was 8 months ago. I will have to check on that. I know my pct is not hardcore but i also didn't take a full cycle and not that much to take any hardcore stuff, thats y i'm staying minimal.

Damn, ive never heard of someone being 5'4" so idk if thats a good solid weight? Sorry bro it probably is though

good job with the 15 lb gain NATTY, thats good. Id say just run the trib/B6/milk thistle and in a month if you see/feel anything wrong go get a blood test. Cant really tell how much 2 1/2 weeks would affect your body.
 
yea man thanks. I know 135 is not much but it is a big difference from 120 and it's only been 8 months since i have touched weights. My goal is a solid 150 in the next 12 months.
