Never had a true diet

Looking to get abs back and get my muscle back. Been more active on Ed then in the gym.

My diet probably would consist of eggs, yogurts, almonds, chicken, tilapia, beef, veggies, brown rice yams and a shake or two at most.

Any advice or breakdowns for leaning out to get and back by may or June

Idvsay 15-18 is a rough

Then start out by gettig good habbits. Imo you should not diet before your around 12% cut down on the carbs and increase your protein. Try to eat reg. And dont be scared of good fats. Find a balance that works for you. And then when u get to around 12% you could start a diet. Then you know your body better and wil have a easyer time on the diet. If u really want a plan. I suggest u use the sticky from tanya. Ita a good read and a good startingpoi t for any diet
