Never felt better

I've been doing fasted cardio and intense workout for 6 months. I've lost 30lbs so far. I weight 207lbs this morning and I'm trying to get to 200lbs. I will accomplish this goal I set for myself regardless of people negative comments. My highest weight was 249.5lbs 2 years ago and I was depressed. I'm posting his for anyone struggling with their weight. Just keep pushing and you will reach your goals.

Great job! I myself just lost a bunch of weight too, and let me tell ya it feels great! I remember when my biggest dream was to be able to run a mile without stopping, now I can run over 10! That's what hard work, and dedication will do!
 
Awesome thread! I'm in the over 100 lbs down club too. It's an amazing feeling and the more you work at it, the better you feel! :)

This is a good question because the more you lose, the more you need to pay attention to diet. As I lost more, I had to pay more attention, learn more and make further changes to keep the progress going.

My diet is I.F dieting with low carb cycling. This really been working for me. I also do cardio on an empty stomach for 30 minutes first thing in the morning. Lift weights for an hour after that 6 days a week. I feel great and stronger!

Good for you, I'd love to actually see measurements you take of bodyfat and muscle mass levels.
