Never done quad, how is it?

have injected glute and delt, never quad but want 2, its too hard for me 2 inject in ass and i need a spot big enuf for 3cc injection

Quads are easy, but I've just started doing calves and have to say that I'm a fan.

for some reason i wil never do calves or quads it freaks me out and i duno why lollol, i love delts,tris. and i do 3 cc in delts witout a prob.

3cc in quad is alot. some take it better than others but that would kill me for a week.

I do daily quad injections with my tren acetate through an insulin needle and love it. Have yet to try anything else but when your injecting daily it's nice and easy to get to them.

easy just inject into your IT band belly. in the middle of the femer is a simple spot that will let you drop lots of CC's youll find it more easy then the delt.
