there are several significant changes

mostly related to ingredient dosage- number of caps increased to 120.. daily dose increased to 4. some of the ingredient dosage remain the same because increasing them would only benefit a very limited group who would be dosing higher anyways. particularly those with alzheimers or other degenerative conditions.

choline bitartrate replaced by the considerably more effective choline dihydrogen citrate- amount also increased amount by 50% per cap ( doubled over daily dosage) (choline depletion was an issue for some with earlier version)

amount of vinpocetine significantly increased/per cap and daily.

overall 2-oxo and other dosages increased- not per cap but over daily.

while price remains the same-- so would say thats a significant improvement

basically 3 caps of new is better than 3 caps of old, and you get 4 caps of new for the price of 3 caps of old.
