After giving it some thought, I realize I've been asking the wrong questions....
Here we go. While all of us have done cycles of varying length, the end fact is what we gain.
So, what is considered "good" as far as gains. I'm talking after you come off a cycle and drop any unwanted weight gain (i.e., fat). You put on 20 lbs but lost 10 in fat and other things leaving a net lean mass gain of 10 lbs.
Divide your results by weeks on gear to come up with a lbs/week net gain. Sometimes we expect large gains (20 lbs) but only do a short cycle. I suppose we should look only at the end math (i.e., did you gain at least X lbs of lean mass per week when it's all over).
So, what's considered "good" net results per week? I might be getting "good" results but it just doesn't show that well on me.
