so with the 4 week cycles that u recommend,how much time off does one take before beginning another one.

If you want your HPTA is recover fully, at least 8 weeks.
 
but with that kind of a wait.we'd go back to square one almost.i know i would.
with me if i waited four weeks i'd lose 90% of it regardless of how much pct i use.
 
Then why bother?

Or I guess what I should say is, if you don't know how to maintain gains for more than a month and are just looking for the benefits while on, why are you asking about short cycles? If you want to do a 4 week cycle and then do another one 2 weeks later -- just stay on dude.
 
i'm only basically trying to find out a way to keep the gains without having to do long cycles and letting the body recover.
see i never thought it could be done so i've always done long cycles.but then i see your pictures and your views and u seem to be keeping your gains with short cycles and a full recovery period.also your ways interest me more so because you seem to have very sucky genetics for bodybuilding just like me.so if anyone's method is going to work for me,chances are it'll probably be yours.
 
i hope i'm clear about my question.i'm sick of being on most of the time and need to know how maintain while leeting myself recover fully.
 
That's the point of short cycle -- you gain a litele , then recover, and do it again. It's meant as an adjunct to natural training

I'm not sure how you'd react if you've been on for so long. You may have to recover completely and try to make some gins naturally, THEN do a short cycle. I know, it's tough. But you have to come off sooner or later, or just go on HRT.
