Hummmm...let's just say I had a "stripper" phase a few months go...

Btw, I never said I eat pussy, it's just a good idea for those who do :good:

For me...

I pound down some caffeine free soda and maybe add some celery. The fiber in celery seems to help soemwhat and the soda fills me up with the carbonation and all. I'll tell ya though, the longer I go on low-carb, the harder it gets. thank god summer is almost over. I've been at it 4 months and i'm counting down the days.
 
Chromium Picolinate really helps to curb suger cravings while dieting. Garcinia Cambogia seems to work for some people.

Also a good combo is L-Phenylalanine 500mg and St. John's Wort 300mg one hour before meals.

Garcinia is the only one that personally i wasn't to impressed with.
