Hi Nelson, having read a lot of your stuff on here, you seem to be quite keen on milk. I am as well. I like the taste and I find it a convenient calorie and protein hit.
However, everywhere I look these days, someone is decrying dariy products. I occasionally suffer from acne, and everything on acne says that milk is bad, However, I have gone off dairy products for a long period, but just love a frosty glass of milk. I guess what I'm saying it, whats your opinion on dairy?
