I work in fitness fields as Nelson too. We deal with morons on regular basis. Guys do not take it to your hearts when we come agressive towards you.
Its hard to deal with uneducated morons sometimes who want to look like Arnold in 4 weeks and start right off with roids and have no clue how to eat or how to train. but hell yeah they wanna look like arnold in 4 weeks.

agreed. i am no fitness trainer or guru in any way. but occasionally some asshole in the gym asks me a stupid question- then i explain and then i see them doing the same thing as before. then i ask them and they have some moronic theory of their own to say that what i am doing won't work even though it worked for me and i am double their size. very frustrating.

I am actually glad to see this thread. Although I disagree with a lot of what NM says, he gets a lot of topics to the point of discussion, and that's really how we learn on here. And I think we should occasionally vote on those who flame to excess. We can vote to red karma them off.
