most people are quick to report a shitty experience so i wanted to give a quick thumbs up to proteinfactory.com (no affiliation BTW). i ordered 2 5lb custom blends, one for post workout and one for before bed. i received it within 2 days of ordering, tastes great and i'm sampling various types of proteins and protein/carb/fat ratios that i otherwise would not be able to do with this type of ease.

and Nelson, I think you offer a plethora of useful knowledge & "make sense" theories>
