I think his fave cycle was dbol/primo, not deca.

primo is basically a safer watered down deca. Either do primo or do deca. Better yet, do eq...unless primo is a decent price and legit.

Yeah, Arnie did Primo and d-bol.Nothing to bash about that.

Deca kinda sucks anyway because of the dick deadening effects but both Primo and Deca are highy anabolic/low androgenic compounds. They're essentially two of the same thing, except that Primo is better. I don't believe that it's weaker than Deca AT ALL. Less bloated, yes, but not weaker.

Primo works best with a little andgrogen added i.e. some test or...ta-da! D-bol! (Where have I heard of that combo before?)

Addng deca will not provide enough androgen and will only shut you down more while leaving you with low androgen levels making you suseptable to gyno. Thus, its a bad choice to take with Primo.

Weird scheduling, I know I waited to long for supplies and had to substitute test for deca but I have no complaints. The only side I have had is that I am not as horny as I was before.

But I on week 6 now and I have gone from 5'6 153lbs 11% to 161lbs and 9-9.5% BF. My strength is up significantly and vascularity and pump is very good.

This is my first cycle and recommend it to newbies.

That is a bad cycle for newbies, stay simple and always run test with deca.

I agree that test should be the building block of every mass cycle and in small quanties with proper dieting even cutting. But I don't how deca can lead to gyno more than test. Test is much more androgenic. I still think a primo deca cycle would be good for newbs since both drugs are mild to moderatly androgenic. EQ is one you may have to becareful with. You never know what kinda batch you'll get if you get real one's at all. Also EQ may make you look more vasculare but good luck cutting with it when your stomach is always asking for more.

I read somewhere a long time ago that Arnold also used growth hormone (Grorm) -- the kind extracted from pituitaries of cadavers -- before they had a synthetic version. I heard a rumor that he had cosmetic surgery to reduce his brow and chin, which grew because of the GH. Lets just say this: Arnold is famous for saying that if eating shit gave you muscle, he would eat shit. Given that GH was available back then, i would not doubt that Arnold would've taken GH.

Arnold was also notorious for giving out outrageous false info on what he used in order to throw off his competition. (he reccommended at various times, huge quantities of salt, pizza, etc)
