how many of you would say you are more of an unhappy person or pessimist? have any of you ever been and changed that somehow?

I think I'm a hopeless optimist. I can see the bright side of just about any situation-- or at least I try to. It's easy to get caught up in negativity, but I have spent enough of my life being unhappy. I'm done with that. Life's only as interesting and beautiful as you make it-- and all we can do is smile and try to figure out how to deal with what life gives us and appreciate it.

i would say i am mainly negative in everything because generally everything thus far in life has ended up that way... i'm trying to change that though and just enjoy the time i have left here.
