Negative Update On Genxxlgear !!!

Just a quick rundown. I placed an order with this guy Jan 3rd and never recieved. He Wont return multiple emails either for over a month.
Now...
I created a false username on the site (GENXXLGEAR) and placed an order. A rather large order at that. I then proceded to email the guy, the false Mr X, and what do you know he emailed my new username immidiately. I have been trying to get this guy to respond to me for over a month with no luck and when he gets someone else in his sights to fuck, he is all over it. BEWARE !!!

I always had a feeling those guys were scammers but I never saw anyone post anything negative about them. Thanks for the warning bro.
 
Post it on genx's feedback forum. PM or e-mail England and see if he can help you out. Just a couple of suggestions. Good luck

I'm not convinced that they are scammers. I ordered from them and received goods 5 days later.

So have I in the past. That is whats a kick in the nuts !
And it was only a little over 200$ this last time. He could have easily made that from me in future sales, dont you think ? And kept his rep.

Have you tried to contact any of the mods on their board?
 
they are a damn scam, I wouldn't touch them - gnutz is not the first guy to complain about being scammed! and never getting anything.
 
yeah guys ive ordered from them in the past no problems whatsoever. they dont really get to email questions. but they will fill orders. i dont know whats up with that
 
Does anyone have any real info on this guy ? I am sure we have some good bro's in his neck of the woods :)

Very true. Just like GnutZ did, scammers will probably have fake handles to solicite other suckers to buy from them.

It only takes one customer to call out 'scammer' for me to be worried.Why risk it? So many other quality sources...
 
ive ordered from them twice with no problems. they are horrible at customer service but i get my packages within 1 week. i should be receiving another one in a couple days.
 
wtf?? all the times i see people getting bombed and banned for posting sites that could "possibly" be scammers and this thread is left for bashing?? genxxl has a forum...have you posted your concerns there?? if not, then why?? that would lead me to believe you're making this up! i'm calling bullshit on this...

Your .2c aint worth shit here man. I lost 250.00 to these fucks and your trying to call me out? I did this to protect you and the other unsuspecting guys from possibly getting fucked for a lot more. YOU LET ME KNOW,
I WILL PROVIDE WHATEVER PROOF YOU REQUEST. NO BULLSHIT. THE REASON THAT IT IS STILL UP IS BECAUSE THE MODS KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IT IS VALID. TRUST ME !!!
 
when you ordered, it should say when they expect you to receive the delivery. also, what coast are you on. that may make a difference as well. like i said, ive received every package from them within a week or so depending when i ordered. your making me nervous bc i just ordered about $500 from them. $250 isnt that bad though imo.

did i once say that neo. i was simply saying that that i havent had a problem and don't think they are scammers. there are many diff reasons y he didnt get it ranging from gettin lost in the mail, taken by customs, or it just taken longer than expected. there is a risk you take when you order from overseas or anywhere for that matter, so when it happens, it shouldnt be a shock. not every supplier is as reliable and responsive to questions as ag. next time, don't post if you dont have any input other than to flame

I have a place that sends me " research chemicals " from time to time .. one of my purchases has been backordered since the begining of december .. almost 8 weeks now " but " i know the bro is legit and it will be delivered as promised .. when , i can't say ? i'll not call him a scammer unless my " research chemicals " ended up being sugar...

Matter of fact , customs took my " sugar " for there own coffee a few times and my good Bro re-sent some more at no cost to me .. this time it came in a low sweetner package :)

Don't give up on the lines of communication just yet .. keep trying to contact .. if the bro finds out you posted him up all over the place he may just say " well the damage is done so no sense working with this guy any longer "

I used a pharmacy source that is listed on this websites main page and i have got fucked right up the ass by them ... yet i've not come out and hung them to dry just yet .. they have had my money for 2 months now !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and they are listed right here on this webpage as a trusted source of " research chemicals "
 
This looks more like a case of one person having problems. I mean there has only been one complaint in this thread. By now there would have been several more if they were scammers. Now I'm not saying that gnutz isn't having a problem. I just saying that it is awful wierd that this thread is here with one complaint for $250 and there have been other threads created with MUTIPLE complaints for much much more money and those threads are gone. If we are going to leave one, we must leave them all
 
A good source will reship if a pack does not arrive for ANY reason including misdelivery, seizure or theft.

I'm pretty sure that now you've made your issue with them public that they will quickly make good on your order.

btw this thread is pretty good free advertising for their site.

Well.....I'm seriously surprised to read this thread....and sincerely hope that they make good on your order bro......I have ordered from them now 3 times with no problems....I'm not saying that you weren't scammed.....I'm just really hoping that you weren't.....I plan on using them again....I just received an order 2 days ago.....each time it took only 1 week to arrive to Canada..

I would deff send England an email if Mr.X is not responding....seems weird though as I have dealt with Mr.X each time with no probs...he sometimes took a bit to get back to me though..

...and btw...send me an email with your order number too or better yet go to the forum and post this in a thread there....something is fichy about your accusations...bro' $250 isn't even a drop in the bucket if you wanna start screaming scammer...genxxl spends more than that in a day on advertising and lunch meat. Provide the needed info or drop this issue you supposedly have...M-

bro, there is such a thing as a selective scammers - many of those over the years. Filling some orders and ignoring others.

1 person is not "nothing" , it's a guy that paid , got no response and no products, sounds like a scam to me - ESPECIALLY after a month + of waiting.

X...bro'...If gnuts will send the info that has been requested then I will personaly check into his oprder and the WU pick up. Unless he is going to do as requested then we have no proof of what he is saying...he shoudl have taken this to a MOD or Admin on this site and at least gone to teh site in discussion and sent a pm to a MOD or Admin there as well as customer service and mrX on that site. I can run a list a mile long on selective scammers and otjhers who are known scammers tht are allowed to deal on work on so many sites because of their reputation or relaionship with site owners...

point being, if he sent so many emails to the other MrX then why has he not sent one to a single MOD or Admin...lets get real sounds fishy to me for real..M-
 
i have never had any problems with them. they aren't much on returning emails though. you could try posting it in the genxxl forum. you can pm me all the info, order, user name, etc and ill talk to england for you.

Gezzzzz .. if i post a thread about the pharmacy thats had my money since the begining of december do you think they will come running here an try sort it out ???? considering they are advertised on the main page of this site

Lets see .. they told me three times they had shipped and would reship then they told me they would credit me back if goods were not recieved in a certain time frame ... now i'm still waiting for the credit to appear on my card ... Hmmmmmmm 2 months is a bit much don't you all agree ?

Actually genxxl jhas a better reputation than most others and with good reason. 100% success rate....mrX...i am sorry that you have a personal vendeta with the "other" mrX but whats in a name anyways....i dont think people are loooking at this in an open light nor being fair. Any time some one screams scammer threads are locked down but since you, MrX, do not like the fact that soem one else has your name then you allow this to continue...if any one can provide facts and proof as to being scam med then I know for a fact that they will be compensated a large sum of money...but if all you cna do is scream scammer and run to every site on teh netr trying to ruin a reputation then grow up and act your age......gnuts, you need to go to the site and send Admin or a Mod your tracking info.....better yet send it to me. not the tracking info for your order but for you MTCN WU transaction or MG transaction. If you cant figure out how to get on the site then send it to me in an email [email protected] I will be glad to find your info and will promise that it will be taken care of but i can not understand why you spend so much time flaming and trashing a site when you dont even have a clue. The offer is on the table send me an email with the order number and the WU or MG MTCN and I will respond with in 24 hrs and in most cases with in one hour.......If an y one can offer hard facts and solid proof to genxxl being a scammer then i will give them a free cycle but other wise STFU...grow up, this is not your high school lunch room...people offer services to help others out and that is why I am offering to help get to the bottom of this....no one has recieved any pm or email from you other than the ones you say you sent to mrX and I am having a hard timne believing you een sent thoise to the right address.,....be a man and step up to the plate...provide the info you have been asked for and we will see what is up with your order.....other wise this is a dead topic....M-

I run and coordinate all of the Gxgr reps....just give up the info and it will be taken care of.....thats the wonder of it all....we have site reps active on almost every site to handle issues like this so why is it tht no one was ever told of this.....No pms or emails have been recieved either....M-
 
i had already talked to healthfreak about it and he said mdtnt is the guy to handle it. why aren't you giving any info gnuts? the man is offering to help you out.
 
So, now i have read the few precisely 3 correspondances that gnuts has had with MrX or customer service and he has not provided any more detail other than the order number....the oprder will be reshipped of course at no cost...this is not the first timne gnuts has had an issue...on his first order he claimed to have not recieved 8 sus vials and they were reshipped at no charge with out any questions .....I see that as excellent customer service......none better.....this matter has been dealt with. Gnuts needs to place a completely new order and send the order number we will then reship it free once we have been given the new order number....that is the best I can offer and more than most others would offer after such an outburst....M-

I'll give them the benifit of the doubt first ... i just went to there site and took a look at my account . It say's refunded so maybe it's yet to appear on my card ? The last time i talked with there rep was the 31 on jan and today is 1 week later so i just sent them another e-mail asking when they processed the refund ...

Considering they are on georges list of pharmacies i will extend every courtasy untill which time i deem airing my laundry in public is the last resort

One of my friends whom I know for years said he is ugly person to deal with, and now this thread over the EF?! Oh well. enough said. To me its obvious... as Mr. X said, he is selective scammer.

Bro, get a life, you guys are true selective scammers, feed the mods and admins free gear, steal names of known mods and admins, now you take a little guy for what he's got.

genxxl is a selective scammer, and I'm not the only one to say that. will you be banned? yes, if gnutz doesn't get what he paid for!

I TOOK OFF WU FOR 5 DAYS, THEY HAVE SAID THEY WILL MAKE IT RIGHT WITH GNUTZ, THEY WILL HAVE 5 DAYS TO DO THIS - VERY FAIR.

Big Bump for GennXXL...they have never scammed me, and it looks as though mdtnt is trying to make things right...i think that's more than enough considering gnutz has obviously jumped the gun! Now i remember why i got out of Retail! can't make EVERYBODY happy!

I hear that. Genxxlgear has a very good rep,usually i only hear good thing's about them and this is all coming from small people,not mods that are getting free shit. Oh well hope it get's figured out.
 
There has been so much source posting on EF lately. Anyone with half a brain can read through a lot of these posts and pick out what's going on.
