Well, today was good.
My costume included a mullet, two dangling earrings, a sleeveless flannel that was open on the front, shredded jean shorts (D-Dooks??), 1 pair of purple socks, and construction boots. I got a lot of strange looks for some reason.
Well. . here was the workout:
1. Speed Squats -
Warmups: 135lbs x 5, 225lbs x 3, 250lbs x 3
Speed Sets (45 seconds rest between sets)
10 sets of 2 reps @ 275lbs (fast!!!)
2. Leg Presses -
6pps x 10, 8pps x 10, 10pps x 10
3. Leg Extensions -
2 sets of 20 reps @ 120lbs
4. Hammer Strength Leg Curls -
2pps x 15, 2pps + 1 q x 10, 2pps x 3pps x 8
5. Seated Toe Raises (Nelson Montana Style)
3 plates x as many reps as I could get (until 75). . with brief rest periods.
Notes**
- legs feel wobbly
- A guy came up to me and asked me about GMS. . I glady showed him how to use the exercise. . I told him the importance of technique and I explained how I suffered a strain because I let my form slip. . he is excited. . and said he felt the exercise hammer the erectors (he was using the bar). I told him to be prepared to have sore erectors lol.
Well. . back to piggin' out!!! There is plenty of good food around here and a wide selection of candy lol.
Tomorrow is Bedlam baby!!!
