Im in! i always have questions, question one lol......when taking needtoslin before bed, should i use it right before bed with nothing else, or should i take it 30 mins prior to a shake before bed, can it be taken with the shake since there are no carbs in it?

just received Ancient Strength..serving size is 3 tablets...is that best before workouts for on days and whenever for off days..???...whens the best time to take..??

People do it both ways, on empty stomach or with a shake. I perfer a IDS waxymaize/N2matrix or a casein protein of your choice shake 30mins before bed. This has worked the best for me.

I actually just got this myself to try out also. From all the hype at needtobuildmuscle.net from all the guys that have takin this this is what I've heard. The best results have been by taking 3 pre-workout and on their days off they have been taking creatine MH-1000 or brand of your choice for maintence. This is also the way I will try it. It will also make the Ancient Strength last longer! If I find of any new info I will PM you with it.

I actually just got this myself to try out also. From all the hype at needtobuildmuscle.net from all the guys that have takin this this is what I've heard.
