I worked in a few Irish pubs and they were all dirty. The barking dog Is prob one of the more fancy type Irish pubs. They charge like 7 bucks for a beer. Looks real nice in the dinning area but even that kitchen is a dump. 4 guys all cramped in a 10 foot space. Food all over the place. Using the same knife that they cut meat with to cut salads and every thing else. Same with the tongs.

Ratatouille Is a French soup bro. Most of the ingredents you find in ratatouille are
not native to Ireland.
