Thanks guys, appreciate the support, I'm just getting to that point where i feel tiny...
I still have 8 weeks to go, weighed in at 218lbs today, and should end up between 195-198lbs hopefully

I would feel like my bi's aren't getting enough rest if I was doing back the day after bi's. Has that been working good for you though?

remember this camera washes me out bad, and kills my definition, there were striations there this morning that you cant see in these, but when I get the ones back from the other camera you should be able to

not right now, my wife is home right now due to some surgeries she has to go through, so I have to stay home and physically help take care of her and the baby, I couldnt train 2x daily with a regular job, no doubt. I figured I might as well take advantage of being home and do this whole thing right


natty, I wondered that too, not sure if its the same in her offseason bulking programs, so far its not hurting anything, and my transition is coming along very nice. My trainer is IFBB pro Laura Binetti, past Canadian, European, and World champion, she has also placed well in the olympia, and actually trains other IFBB pros for pro contests.....I went with her because she obviously knows way more than I ever will, so if she says do it, I do, even if I dont agree......its nice having a trainer you can trust to that point.
She even listens to me, and will make changes depending on what I say as well, well worth every penny, and its not even that much cash

Anyone interested in a truely great trainer, drop me a line, she does internet training as well...anyone serious about putting on crazy size, you cant go wrong

By the looks of the last arnold classic then your pic i have to say your def on your way to some big comps! Good Job!
