You eat oatmeal and potatoes pre-contest? It baffles my mind you can eat that and still get crazy shredded like that.
 
you need some carbs to be able to train, the low carb approach has me dropping mass like crazy. i was eating a potatoe with breakfast and supper, and oatmeal pre workout and it worked pretty well

I agree...I drop WAY to much muscle when I go low/zero carbs...It works for some but not for me.
