Needsize, as I click through the posts here on elite, I can't help but notice your avatar everytime you post. I've come to the definite conclusion... THAT is my body composition goal. In my opinion, that is the perfect size / cut.

I can't seem to PM you and you don't post a secure email, so for your benefit I decided to just post so that you could get back to me in the way you see fit.

If you don't mind, could you give me specs (height, weight, bf, arms, chest, QUADS... etc...)

Also, if you don't mind, would you share your cycle history?

I seem to remember him saying he started juicing just last year.
I believe his first cycle was just test at 500mgs/week and some dbol. It was after this cycle when his avatar picture was taken.

Either way he's one ripped motherfucker...

Thanks guys, the avatar pic was taken after my first cycle, Ingram was right, it was 500mg sust and 30mg dbol.

I'm a small guy,so I tend to look bigger than I am, stats in that pic are 5'9", 205lbs, arms were 17 /1/2, quads 26 1/2, chest 47", waist 32" but it's normally under 30" when really ripped.

I did another cycle in mid winter, but my test was fake, and I barely gained anything.

I'm in week 6 of a dbol, fina, enathate(spectro) cycle, and am presently somewhere between 225-230lbs.

I'll post new pics when this cycle is done.
