I have a show coming up..end of may early june depending on which one I do or both. After the show I want to hit d-bol up for 4 weeks to get back to being what i feel is a more normal size for me. I will have been on for 18 weeks at that point. I'm not concerned with being on 22 weeks but rather how effective the dbol will be after ending a cycle with prop/tren/winny and proviron??? Do you think i will get any gains from the dbol or will i be wasting it?
 
I stayed on for a year, and still made good gains. Since you are going from a contest diet, and the contest drugs, back to eating more anabolically and training heavy, you could make good gains. There is a huge anabolic rebound you get after doing a show from going back to normal eating, so I would say harness it and gain some more size. Keeping in mind that the first week after you might not want to train, your body will be really messed up

yeah if i do the may 28th show then I'm not lifting again until the following monday so I'll have 8 days off before heading back to the gym. If i do the June 12th show then I will not be lifting for almost 2 weeks because of a mini vacation.

Needsize is right, but I love to train that first week after a show, which is now for me ;) . I get huge pumps from all the carbs. The first couple days you'll feel a little out of it, but after that it's on!
 
I went back to the gym on the wed, and was dizzy, and could move the bar in a straight line
 
I'd be more careful from the transition of contest training to post-contest training for preventing any kind of joint and muscle strains/puls, etc.

Not saying you can't train, but i'd still be careful. Some guys who lose a lot of strength before a show gain it back quickly and the the joints/muscles will sometimes have a hard time recoping with the added strength stress. I'd give it a few weeks of getting the body back to optimal conditions before diving back in 100% with balls-out training.

If you are gonna stay on post-cycle, unless using a dbol bridge for pct, i'd still stay on some kind of test.

After a show I'll keep my tempo slow. I'll always squeeze at the top of the rep and then lower slowly. The positive is faster. I change my tempo from time to time.
 
I am training and dieting like I am but I was sick in febuary and on antibiotics for 3 weeks..was on a liquid diet so it was all protein shakes because I couldn't keep regualr food down. That put my fatloss behind schedule and my lower abs and love handles are not where they should be at 4 weeks out. There is another show 6 weeks out if that is all I need. I am meeting with my trainer on thursday and we are going from there. Right now I am on 50mg winny ed/ 75tren ed/100mg prop ed/50mg proviron (started today) and 50mcg T-3 which i started 2 weeks ago and ramping up to 75mcg.

That sucks that you got sick bro. I would go for the later show. It's always better to give yourself more time. That way you won't risk any muscle loss trying to lose fat too fast.

I totally agree, but we really need to know what your bf% is? Also, are you taking a diuretic for the show?

Diuretic or not, his BF still has to be 5% or under to compete. What's your BF bro?
 
Not sure about the BF..neither me nor my trainer have had it tested. He said all you need is the mirror and he has won a few shows so I trust his judgement. I know it isn't 5% yet! I'm staying away from the diuretics...maybe if I do well and go to junior nationals or a show like that but not for this./..except maybe some dandelion root. works well with me.
