I was wondering what kind of training routine you did to develop the physique you guys have (as opposed to what you may be doing now to maintain that physique).
 
I remember Needsize falling in love with the 5x5 routine a while back.
There were some vids of his DL'ing on this site a while back...
 
they are also walking pharmacy's, but give it up they bust there ass.
 
you may also be forgetting the 10yrs of natty training needsize put in before touching the juice? I met him as he was on his first cycle and he was a big guy then

The pics of him while he was still natural are very impressive. The 10 natty years of hard work I believe has much more to do with how he looks.

correct.. he did post his new routine lst week on the training board which has a lot more volume..if you want to take a look..

The 10 years of natural training did make a huge difference, and I;ve only been juicing for 3 years now. The 5x5 did put a whole lot of mass and strength on me, but any routine will only work for so long. The one I am doing now is a variation of the one yates did in Blood and Guts, and it put 20lbs on me this year
 
Right on for natty training.

its taken me about 15 years to get to where I am, 12 or so years of natural, and 3 years of juicing. Most of the size was put on by 5x5, but thats because I followed it the longest. I think any routine based on progressive resistance will work well

usually one drop, I do the drop myself which gives me a few seconds rest

JKurx1, no cardio when bulking, its too hard to eat enough calories as it is. My bf never gets above 12-13% at most, so I'm not too concerned. Sometimes I get out of breath a little easier than I would like, but thems the brakes....

Good stuff...so, on your off days, when you are bulking up, your diet stays the same, carb wise? Just pound the cals and relax? On or off gear?
 
Drop sets are the bomb. BBF loves them, and does them every workout.

calories generally remail the same, although I am a little freer with junking out on training days
