I LIVE IN NC AND WE CAN WALK INTO ANY DRUG STORE AND BUY NEEDLES FOR .18 CENTS. DO SOME AREAS NOT SELL THEM OVER THE COUNTER? IF NOT HOW MUCH ARE THEY ON THE BLACK MARKET?

Oh my bad....I think they are still illegal in Illinois and California but not positive. I think in NY you can only have 10 in your possesion but again, I am not positive, I am from VA so this is just what I am trying to remember.

Yeah, you can't buy them in IL unless you have some sort of reason to have them.... or, you get them from someone who doesn't care.
