Well did ALOT from 18-21. Took a 7 year break. I do on average 2 12 week cycles per year. This is by far my most successful cycle yet. At 32 my body is responding better than ever, also I truly think hardcore H.I.T training has done wonders for me.
I switch exercises every 4 weeks. I do 1 set per exercise (to complete failure & I mean COMPLETE FAILURE, with 1-2 forced reps and negatives) 2 exercises per bodypart. I am in and out in 30 minutes! H.I.T really requires a partner, because you have to take it all the way to failure!! Impossible without a partner really.
