It depends on your bodyfat percentage. If youre under 10 I'd say yes (someone plz correct me if I'm wrong). Its best to go with 1.5in in the glute but if you're gonna use that 1in, make sure its all the way in. I always use 1inchers for all my shots and have never had a problem. I'm also genetically ectomorphic with almost no bodyfat (hardgainer).
