Never do the biceps. Too annoying. For triceps and delts though I use a 25 gauge 5/8 pin. Going to start using the 1 inch ones though at least because I notice with the shorter pins some juice tends to leak out a bit.
I take shots now in quads, glutes, delts, and Bi's. I use a 23 by 1in pin for all... Have not had a problem. Be sure to aspirate, and leave a small portion of the pin head exposed.
