What would a clean bulk look like? I'm trying to gain as much muscle as possible, with as little fat as possible...
I'm 165/5'11, so
165x20 = 3300-3400
.35 protein = 289-298 grams
.50 carbs = 412-425 grams
.15 fat = 55-57 grams
Right?
But, I dont know what foods to eat... (I don't think I can eat that much!!)
I work from 1PM-6PM, so I really can't eat much there.. I still should be able to get in 5-7 meals/day though...
If anyone could come up with a sample bulk, for someone my size, that'd' help me a lot...
